Which sections to focus on

If you are hard press for time and you need to take the LSAT very soon, the area of the exam that most people are able to increase their score the most on is the games section.  The key to doing well with the game questions is to do as many as possible.  After you do each series of question you need to go over the answer and figure out why you got each question wrong.  After you figure out why you got each question wrong, you need to keep doing as many questions as you can.  If you do enough questions you will find that the question structure and questions start to look the same and repeat themselves.

If you truly understood why you got previous exam questions wrong, you should be able to improve your score drastically on this section of the exam.

The other section to focus on is the Argument section since 50% of the questions are covered in that category of questions.  Going with these suggestions according to the best LSAT Prep Courses should help you out a lot to do well.

Have a plan!

Doing well on the LSAT requires that you have a plan of attack.  You can’t just read articles to increase your reading comprehension score.  You can’t just do tons of practice game questions and hope to do well.  I agree that it is very important to do tons of practice exams but you need to review the test after you take it.  You need to look at the questions that you go wrong and figure out why you got them wrong and see if you can figure out what the right question is and why.

Mark the questions that you guess on so that when you go back and review the exam, you will know which one’s you took a guess on so that you can figure out why you had no clue on that question so that the next time you see something similar you will know what to do or at least have a plan of attack.

Also write down the date when you take each practice test so that you can retake it at a later date after a sufficient of time has passed by.
